Cart total and checkout page total are different

cart total and checkout page total are different. In checkout page VAT is applied before deduct discount form subtotal. that is the reason total is vary in cart page and checkout page. Please solve this issue.

VAT should be applied after deduct discount from subtotal in checkout page. Please check the snapshot links too

Hello,

Please, update theme to version 3.16.1 and check if your issue still persists.

yes i had update theme to latest version 3.16.1 but still issue is not resolved. Please have a look at this issue and solve the issue ASAP.

The issue is in checkout page, VAT tax is calculated without deduct discount from subtotal. need to calculate VAT tax after deduct discount amount from sub total

please fix the issue

Hello,

1) Install and activate default WC theme Storefront and check if this issue appears with our theme only or with default theme too. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme and everything works fine with the default theme.

2) How can we get the discount on checkout? Do you pave some promo code or min sum of the order?

Actually problem with total cost is it may vary from cart page to checkout page. In cart page, it shows the correct value and all the things are working fine (item price, discount and vat) all these things are calculated exactly. When it comes to checkout page the total cart value is changed.

please check the snapshots which i had sent you earlier. I want the total cart value should be same in cart and checkout page

1) Do you have this problem with default WooCommerce theme?
2) I don’t have the discount on the checkout page http://prntscr.com/fpl2zm , how can I get the discount? Did you used special promo code?

please login through the provided login details under private content and select quantity of 100 per item so that you can see the discount price

I have checked with official WC theme Storefront cart http://prntscr.com/fplnk2 and checkout http://prntscr.com/fplnam and see the same situation. It means that our theme does not make a problem. Please, contact either author of the plugin that you use to add this discount or WooCommerce support. We provide support for issues related strictly to our theme.
