    Hi There,

The shop I’ve been working on was working perfectly about 2 weeks ago, but had to stop working on it to sort out a family crisis.
I’ve now started to work on the site again and for some reason you can’t add any items to the cart unless you are logged in. This was working fine 2 weeks ago, and nothing has been changed or edited at all, so how can this happen?
I see that somebody else has reported the same fault as this yesterday on the forum.
I asked my host if anything has changed with the server, but he says it hasn’t, but did point to an error inthe logs which was:

[18-Dec-2015 09:57:37 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: in /home/nutechtoyz/public_html/newstore/wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/theme-functions.php on line 549

Can you tell me what has caused this and how to fix it please?

    Kindest Regards

    Hylton

    Hello,

Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check Cart after that.
If the issue still persists please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Jack,

OK, have tried deactivating plugins but made no difference. Still can’t add anything to the cart unless the user is logged in, which isn’t what we want.

I’ve included the details you requested in the private content.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.
