Cart, search and wishlist disappear even manually enable does not work!

I have cart, search and wishlist disappeared after installing your theme XStore_Theme_v.3.12 on COSMETICS DEMO plus the footer does not fit like in the demo.

I had contacted one of your support since last friday 28 april and he said he would find someone to solve cause he suggested me to enable cart, search and wishlist manually and it did not work! He even went into the test site but he could not find solution.

### Up until now 3 may no one has contacted me back! ###

I bought the theme last friday 28 april and the lastest version of your theme did not work well.
So I might try XStore_Theme_v.3.10.1.
