Cart Page Issues – Not Showing Like It Used To

    Hello,

    The cart page for my website is not appearing the way it should (did)
    Can you please help me on this issue?

    Hello, @TFS,

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello Tony Thanks!

    So what happened was is that I was trying to edit the cart page and looked at a video on YouTube (attached on private area)

    Then I added the following plugins

    1) WooCommerce blocks
    2) Elementor Header, footer, and block templates
    3) Essentials addons for Elementor
    4) WooLentor

    I have deleted all these plugins since.

    After I tried to change back the old cart was back but the format is all messed up.

    Please let me know if that can solve this issue or else I will provide the login details.

    Please revert back all the changes you have made, and then please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format

    1) WooCommerce blocks
    2) Elementor Header, footer, and block templates
    3) Essentials addons for Elementor
    4) WooLentor

    Your issue is resolved now please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/HrRTJ7fq

    To solve your issue, first I deleted the cart page from your site completely and after that, I navigate to the Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Status >> Tools >> and I clicked on the “Create default WooCommerce pages” see this image: https://postimg.cc/sB5CvHPW by doing this your issue is resolved.
