Cart page footer header and free shipping

    Hello there,

    We are trying to edit the Cart page created with Elementor.
    But we are not being able to find where to edit the header and footer of the cart and checkout page. It is not the same used in the rest of the site.

    Also, whenever we configure Cash on delivery method, it reads GRATIS ¨Free¨
    And when we create any other delivery method and we do not input any amount, it always reads FREE.
    Is there way of removing those?

    I managed to change the header and footer, but still dont know how to not make the GRATIS not appear.
