When visitors are going to make purchases the cart will empty when going to look at other products.

We have tested with other plugins and disabled but can not isolate the fault as its intermittent

    Hello, @Whiteski,

We hope this message finds you well.

    1) We are writing to inform you that we have thoroughly examined your website and found no issues with its functionality. Specifically, the shopping cart feature is operating as expected. We tested this by adding products to the cart and then navigating to other products, and everything worked seamlessly.

Given this, we believe that the issue you are experiencing may be due to cache storage on your end. We kindly suggest that you clear your browser cache and plugin cache, then check the website’s functionality again.

For your convenience, we have recorded a video demonstrating our findings and the suggested solution. You can find this video in the private content area for your reference.

    2) We would like to recommend that you always ensure you are utilizing the most recent version of the XStore theme, XStore core plugin, WooCommerce plugin, and Page builder (Elementor) on your site. This will ensure optimal performance and functionality.
