    Hi support !

    For first in the prevous ticket everytime send me a copy paste about envato license policy. PLS don’t do this. i said in prevourus ticket I OWNER of a marketing agency in hungary and we have a license for EVERY site what we make with xstore, but our CLIENTS buy the license cause we said them, But we have only THIS agency profile for support. SO if you want contact me on mail (hello@brownmedia.eu) and i send you all of license for every client, but stop pointless conversation about license policy.

    Issue: MOBILE ONLY (android and ios too), can’t repro in mobile view in desktop browser. So if you add products to cart (not depends witch one) than go to main page. The cart show full empty… but if you go back directly to cart page, the cart is show the included items. I make a video hope its help to solve this. Mobile is 2020 Iphone XS with latest os and safari browser.

    Hi olga!

    Almost works, but its make an other issue (tested on mobile private browser and normal too)
    When i refresing the main page its shows 3 product in the cart than its down for 1 and it was at every refresh (i send video to your gmail account (xstore@gmail.com) you think its can be cache problem ?

    Hello,

    Could you, please, provide us with FTP access to your site? Because we tried to disable third-party plugins to find the reason of the issue and one of plugins (woo-variation-gallery) gave fatal error. We would also recommend to contact plugin author after that because plugin should not make fatal errors no matter if WooCommerce is enabled or disabled, it’s not acceptable.

    Hi Olga, yes in a couple of minutes but we first remake the site from backup. It site makes some million value in a month.

    Anyway its an interesting question cause we dont use that plugin.
