Cart icon missing and other woocommerce 2.6 issues

Hi,
Recently updaated wordpress, theme, and woocommerce. The cart icon in the header is missing. I tried activating parent theme instead of child theme and the problem is still there: http://prntscr.com/e7663l

Also, on this single product (and others): http://jackspremium.com/shop/all-natural-beef-knee-caps/ the layout is very messed up. Gallery is loading vertically you cannot slide through, quantity field is too wide, “description” and “review” titles are not in-line. Not sure what is going on here. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/e767rf. Can you please take a look?

Hello,

1. As I see cart icon is shown in the header http://prntscr.com/e7b17e .

2. As for the gallery issue, I’ve enabled the option “Enable slider for gallery images” in Theme Options > Single Product Page. Check images gallery now.
Quantity field and “description” and “review” titles are shown properly:

Please check in other browsers and let us know the result.
