    Hey,

I’m having an issue where my cart is displaying as empty when users add an item to the cart. When I’m logged in though, I can add items. I had a friend look at the code and he said that this is the problem area.

    etheme.js:1496 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘cart_modal’ of undefined(anonymous function) @ etheme.js:1496i @ jquery.js:2j.fireWith @ jquery.js:2y @ jquery.js:4c @ jquery.js:4

What can I do to fix this?
    Thank you

    Hello,

I’ve disabled the ‘Ajax “Add to Cart”‘ option in Theme Options->Single Product Page.
    Please check it now.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall

    Awesome. That worked perfectly.

My last question is regarding the menu. I have created a “One Page” menu with anchors and row ID’s. All of this is working fine, but I don’t want to have the page reload every time someone clicks a menu item. Is it possible to have this be done through ajax?

Hello, firt of all excuse my bad english. I’m not english native.

I have problem with add products to cart (with ajax and also without ajax). Adding product is you are logged works fine but Adding product for a user not logged don’t work. When I add a product, the product is showed in the cart widget of top bar. But in a second automatically the widget changes and the result is that the cart is empty. It’s impossible for a new customer do a purchase.

I have the last versions of WordPress, Woocommerce, Royal. And the only plugin activated is Visual Composer

    Hello @Tofor,

Please update the theme and plugins to the latest version then check issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

Here is video tutorial how to update theme.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

I use .htaccess to force SSL on whole site not just on checkout like I had before and it works now.

Yes it is resolved now, I forced SSL on the entire website. If I have setting on force SSL on checkout only, it will not work, when you are using shop without SSL.

But if I set to force SSL on site in .htaccess in works. I don’t know why, but in order to work you must access via https…
