Hello, I have a problem with the theme after installing the new version. In short – when I change the main language using WPML, I add an item but it disappears from the cart after about a minute. I used to be able to fix this by pressing clear cache through the hosting provider, but that doesn’t help anymore. I’ve been struggling with this issue for several years, it keeps popping up and I can’t find a stable solution 🙁

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Jerrymain,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Please do the next tests:

1/ Check how it works when not XStore activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
    Let us know the results.

2/ Activate “Always Load “Wc-Cart-Fragments” ” option in Theme Options > Speed Optimization and check how it works then.
    Let us know the results.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

Sadly the issue appeared both with the Storefront theme and with Wc-Cart-Fragments activated

    Hello, Jerrymain,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

In this case, it is independent of our theme, and you need to contact support of WooCommerce and WPML, both plugins have great support teams and should be able to assist you.
Sorry, but we are unable to help in case our theme is not a reason for the problem.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
