  The cart checkout progress feature, whenever I deactivate it, keeps activating itself again if I refresh the page or if I go off it.

  We have noticed that you are using theme version 9.7.1, while the latest version is 9.7.6. During this time, numerous fixes and updates have been made, including those related to sale boosters. We kindly request that you update the theme and plugin and check again for any bugs.
