Cart + – button increases/decreases two elements instead of one

The + and the – button in cart page and in single product pages goes from 1 to 3-5-7… instead of increasing one, it increases and decreases two.
I deactivated all the plugins one by one, and the problem only disappears when deactivating xstore core.

Hello,

When “WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache” plugin option http://prntscr.com/wcwv19 is disabled the quantity works fine – https://gyazo.com/64a61e030ac005c6c1611f6af144f8ac , probably one of the third-party plugins that you use does not support JS minification.
