Cart and search icon in navbar-right div missing

    I just updated to Woopress 4.0 and the search icon and cart icon in the navbar-right div is no longer displaying for logged in users. It IS displaying for logged out users but we obviously need it to display for all. I checked the source code and there is no content populated in the navbar-right div for logged in users so it’s definitely not a CSS issue.

    I guess there is one difference. I am not seeing the cart and search at all logged in or out.
