Hello, I just noticed that Cart widget and full-width menu are not showed properly in several pages of my site, including: News, Shop (global and single product pages) and other pages created with both Standard Template and Visual Composer.

In particular, I added a test product in cart and, despite the website correctly tells me that the product is in my cart, the Cart Widget in my header isn’t displayed.

May you kindly take a loot at my issue, please?

In private content you’ll see the screenshot and the site URL.

NOTE: please avoid to post screenshot of my website in public, I’d prefer to keep it in private, thank you.

    Hello,

Try to disable 3rd-party plugins and check cart widget after that.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I’m afraid that isn’t something related to a 3rd party plugin since it worked before.

Nonetheless this abnormal behaviour happens not in all pages, I mean that it works in homepage, contact and about ones (this means that it’s not related to the template used, for instance). Any clue?

Feel free to ask me credentials, eventually.

Eva it seems is something related to the latest version of Ultimate Add On for Visual Composer: looking at Chrome Console i found an jQuery error for bsf_tooltip and, disabling the mentioned plugin everything works!

Unfortunately it’s the Ultimate Add On is a required plugin so please find a solution asap. In the meanwhile can you kindly send me the previous plugin version, please? Email address is in private content.

    Thank you.

    Eva,

Thank you for sending me the previous version of Ultimate Add On. I confirm that now everything works again; I still don’t understand why the problem occurred in some specific page, while theorically it should always occur.

I kindly ask you to check your theme with latest Visual Composer and Ultimate Add On versions.

Thank you again and have a nice day.
