    Hello

    Maximum width for carousel element is predefined in VC as 280px. You may try to set width value less than it.

    With best regards

    OK….

    I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU DID BUT AS SOON AS YOU ACTIVATED THAT CUSTOM.CSS MY WIDGETS DISAPPEARED, AND ALL THE MODIFICATIONS WE MADE IN THE STYLE.CSS IN THE CHILD THEME ARE GONE…

    WE NEED THE WIDGETS BACK AND THE CSS IN THE CHILD THEME BACK…..

    Hello,

    As we can see in the .htaccess file for the site http://www.classicaladdiction.com/beaux-artes redirect is written and http://www.classicaladdiction.com/beaux-artes is pointed to the directory of the site http://classicalmarketplace.com/ . It may create conflict when you edit sites. You should use different directories for different sites, so please change .htaccess rules for http://www.classicaladdiction.com/beaux-artes .
    Also you can contact your host and ask them to restore missed files from the back up. They should save backups of your sites.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    really eva…. how do you explain this site completely being white –> http://www.classicaladdiction.com/

    and at the same time all widgets disappearing from this site http://www.classicaladdiction.com/beaux-artes/

    there is no explanation for this big of a screw up!

    Hello,

    In your previous post you provided us with a link http://classicalmarketplace.com/wp-login.php, so the site is classicalmarketplace.com, but it’s redirecting to http://www.classicaladdiction.com/beaux-artes/ . We weren’t talking about the site http://www.classicaladdiction.com/ .

    Please check attentively what site exactly needs to be edited.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Any reason why the carousel is messed up –> http://www.classicaladdiction.com/beaux-artes/decorative-grills/

    Look at the pic to see that the dimensions are smaller than 280, but still messed up –> http://autositebackup.com/my-uploads/carousel.png

    Hello,

    What do you mean “messed up”?
    As I see images are shown fine, but they are close to each other. Do you want to add some space between images?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    images are overlapping, and this is happening on every page that we have a carousel.

    yes, we would like the images to be one-after-another without overlapping.

    Hello,

    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    .owl-carousel .owl-item {
        padding-left: 10px !important;
        list-style: none !important;
    }

    It is still messed up on my end Eva… if you click on one of the pics, you will see that the carousel is not really showing the entire pic… they are still overlapping…

    ps: yes, I did clear the chache.

    Hello,

    As I see there is distance between images in the gallery:
    http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/15/0504/s_1430763303_2427115_f34b15bf55.png
    If you want to increase it you can change padding value in the previous code.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    It seems like there is distance between the pics, but there actually is not…

    you need to click on one of the pics to be able to see it clearly Eva.

    just click on the first picture, and the second picture… you will see that the pictures are actually cut off in the carousel, and they are overlapping.

    Hello

    You may try to use advanced carousel VC element with image subelement together instead of default image carousel.

    With best regards
