Carousel of spotlight categories widget do not working via arrows

    Hello XStore Support.

    Today we have an issue with the widget “Spotlight Categories”.
    If we use it we can not scroll to left and right by click on arrows.

    you can open the URL from privat content and give them a try.
    Only the drag and drop option to move the carousel is working, but the arrows do not have any effect.

    tested with php 8.2 and php 8.3.+
    Disabled all other plugins.
    No caching used.
    No error or warning debug log.
    Server do not hit any limit (power managed server with 64GB RAM and 32 cores).
    Disabled and reuploaded xstore core plugin.
    Disabled and reuploaded xstore theme.
    No problem in browser debug console.
    Elementor general settings are in default position.

    Its a bug.
    My dev unit doing a roleback and after switching elementor back to 3.27.6 everything works fine. We need a patch for elementor v 3.27.0.

    Hello Jack,

    1. After installing this patch we get the same notice again.
    We installing the patch again and after some time we still see: install new patch …. for the already installed patches

    We do not use any caching plugin in our stage.
    Is something wrong by fetching information which patch is already installed and which not?

    2. Finally your patch do not solve the issue. Your patch is installed, see also attached screenshot.
    After updating from elementor free 3.27.6 to 3.28.0 the carousel stopped working.

    No cache used. Also no server side cache.

    3. We can see another problem with the same widget:
    the arrows have cropped shaddow. Why? No chance to have not-cropped arrows in bottom section?

    4. The arrows jumping up and down if you scroll to right on mobile view.

    Additionally, kindly clear your browser cache and check again. Please note that we thoroughly test all patches before recommending their installation to our customers.

    Such shadow is cropped by the overflow from Elementor styles -> https://prnt.sc/UJ6Cjt8aQFoT so as it is very specific you can add few lines CSS for such box-shadow arrows cases. CSS solution that you can add to any slider widget with bottom arrows and shadows on such slider:

    selector .etheme-elementor-swiper-entry.bottom .swiper {
    padding-bottom: 20px;
}

    Note: padding depends on the shadow spread you have for arrows.

    Hello Jack,

    great! Now its working on desktop. But not on mobile. Tested with many mobile phones (new privat tab) and reset cache before.

    Please check the url from privat tab in your mobile phone.

    We already disabled all plugins on live project. That do not solve our issue. We also do not see any log in debug regarding this problem.

    Next problem:
    We switches pagination from arrows to dots style.
    But the dots are not shown.

    If you test it in browser and switch to mobile simuliation:
    its working.

    If you test it on real smartphone with firefox and chrome and safari: not working.

    We refreshed permalinks. After that your patch was applied correct and was working fine.
