CAPTCHA images dont show - by GoosePT - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello!

My registar captcha images don’t show (broken link). But on Contact page No problem.

After visit contact page, if you try to register, the problem its solved.

Just start append after last update.

Please, contact administrator

Credentials sent.

Also, this happens almost all the time. If we go to the next image, the wind changes to correct size.

All images in the site have 1024×768

Hi!

As i said before no problem on the form.

Only in Registration.

And after visit contact page, the issue on the registration (with the gold color captcha) disappear.

All cache clear, also W3 cache clear…. still the same…. Both problems

Hello,

Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one, some of them caused issue.
After deactivate all plugins the gold captcha works too – http://prntscr.com/c29ihs and products – http://prntscr.com/c29j7c

I have in mind that could be “WP Smush”. Its the only one thats interferes with images.

Hi Rodger!

After some tests, sorry but the problem stills there!

With all plugins on or off stills happening sometimes. Not all the time. And the problem its only with the golden CAPTCHA, every time i go to the contacts us page, the red one its OK.

It was a good ideia to have on Theme Pref. a ON/OFF for Simple Captcha.

At the moment we are preparing a mega adversing action starting on 15th august (web, newspapers, magazines) I really don’t need the attract users to the site and don’t get conversion because they can’t register.

Please, can you help us with this one… As emergency plan you can always remove the Captcha from the mini form and in the form. Better have a little spam users then no sales.

My client called me a few minutes ago asking if theres any problem with the site, because no sales… A said, everything its OK with the site. Ouch!

If i can help you, just let me know. I will give my phone #.

Hi Rodger,

Same problem even with the W3 off….

I think i will disable the in the child the captcha. It all starts with your last update.

So i don’t think the problem its on the plugins.

Feel free the use the login info you have and try to solve it.

Hello,

I’ve enabled the default Royal Theme and the gold captcha working fine as before. See screenshots:

Maybe this come from browser cache. Try to clear cache there and refresh page via “Ctrl+F5”.
