  It is not necessary to register.
  If you want update plugin then you can download this plugin at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
  enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

  I downloaded the plugins from this page, but I was not asked for the purchase code!!!

  that is why I wanted to resister it from the backend in wordpress, but the code was wrong.
  Did I do anything wrong?

  If you want to register your plugins, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author.
  It works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.
