Can’t translate the quick view off canvas

Hi there,
Thanks for the awesome theme and the included features.
I have translated most of the theme using the “Loco translate” Plugin. I still can’t figure out how to translate the quick view off-canvas item. I tried Core plugin translation and theme translation but it didn’t affect the mentioned item. I am attaching an image of items that need translation “SKU, Category, More details,….”.
Hint, It is translated correctly on the single product page.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Synchronize translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , then find and translate the mentioned strings.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hello,

Quick View is translated as I can see https://prnt.sc/16fsp7w
I suppose you have this issue if checking your site from your admin account because you chose English lang for the user in the profile settings. But if you check the site from incognito mode when you are not logged in you’ll see that it’s translated.
