Cant save the second header - by NNN - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello
I created another header with the help of Header Builder for some pages, default one is left for entire site.
Now I can change and save only default header, couse the ther is not saving (I do it using your instractions, but after I get result Saved – the changes do not work on the site header.

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > Edit the second header http://prntscr.com/sstwzx and then click on Save – http://prntscr.com/ssu1ta
If this doesn’t work, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Yes, I do this way, then the result Saved is shown, but do not apply changes that were made t second menu (I have blace and white variants). I tried hundred times…

Hello,

We found that you placed broken svg code for the wishlist, cart elements. That code caused JS errors even if you switched to default icons. So, we removed code and the problem disappeared.

I do nt understand – I do not use broken svg code as you said but the problem is again – I can not make changes to the second menu name First

Hello,

Could you, please, explain to me in more detail what changes you are trying to implement and describe your actions step by step or maybe provide short videos using Gyazo tool? Because I tried to make changes of the multiple headers and did not face any problem, for example, changed the menu http://prntscr.com/sxuz8k
So, maybe your problem is not related to the header builder but to things that you change in the wrong place. Need to sort out what changes you do.

You see, I tryed now to change search and cart icons in the second header (sorry I called it in the above message “menu” by mistake) and it saved – it looks like a mistery…. in the morning the changes did not apply, I do all the same
You see I also tryed to create another Single Product Page template for only one product in the Single Product Builder and called it Basic – is it possible to apply this Single Product Page templateonly to one product? I tried to do but I can not see the list near any category (screenshot)

If you want to use the template only for the one product then choose condition product and choose the product you want to apply it for http://prntscr.com/sy63ir
