Cant save settings on vc composer - by irae@entermagazine.com.br

Hello friends, when i try to save setting on WP Bakery Page i got a blank screen with the message: {“message”:”Roles settings successfully saved.”}

Also when editing a page only the Frontend Editor button is show. Can you please help me?
