Can't Remove "Returns & Delivery" Custom Tab

On the edit product page, at the bottom of the page, under the “Upload image for hover effect”, under “custom tab”, the product page keeps showing the “returns & delivery” even though the “custom tab” fields are completely blank. Not sure how to remove it.
