Can't publish any changes in "theme options" view

Hi, we recently updated Xstore theme to its latest version (7.2.5) and we cannot publish any changes in “theme option”mode view: Photo: https://ibb.co/y509Kjf

We also cant upload any photo (we use wordpress 5.6.2), or do any changes in the editing of the theme, also our header is misconfigured after this, it seems maybe that this is a problem of compatibility, i deactivate all plugins and nothing changes, please need help thank you very much!

Take our apologies if you faced any inconvenience using our theme.
Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and ask server error logs? Provide us server error logs to find out what causes that issue on your site.
