Cant load the frontpage for certain login ID (admin)

Hi, has anyone experiece the situation like this, admin1 and admin2 login into dashboard, dashboard is smooth and no issue.

But when admin1 view frontpage with logged in, it will take forever loading and more than a minutes only can load the page. but once logged our admin1 ID, it will bcome normal again

admin2, client ID, shopmanager ID dont have these issue and can load every pages well.

Wondering what is happening? both admin1 and 2 roles are same, the only different is all pages, post are under admin1 as author.

PS: I had use all the W3 cache plugin, shortpixel CDN too

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard access to site of the user with the issue. We’ll check the issue in more detail.

Do you have the mentioned issue even if cache plugin and CDN are disabled?

Hello,

I see that you use third-party plugins for role editing and user import. That could be the reason of the issue. I have removed the mentioned user and created it again and seems the home page is ok now. Check from your side.

ic, many thanks~ but wondering is it normal for the role editing and user import plugin that cause the problem? or shall i unintall that?

Hello,

You are welcome.
We are not plugin developers, so I don’t have information on what they exactly do. I just assumed that issue could be caused by these plugins because only this user had the issue and the other 2 were ok, but I’m not 100% sure.
