    Hey,

I’ve just bought your xstore theme. Everything installed without any problem, however, when I go to import/export section, I can’t import any demo sections. After clicking “import demo”, nothing happens, site just scrolls up. In the Chrome Console, there is a 404 error for js and css file and URL “http://test.miamiko.com/wp-contentthemesxstoreframeworkthirdpartyoptions-frameworkextensionsdummy_contentdummy_contentfield_dummy_content.js?ver=1476124566”

I’ve tried to switch off plugins etc. but didn’t work 🙁 Could you help me with this?

    Best regards,
    Kuba

    Hello,

I have checked your site and see that you have already imported demo content http://prntscr.com/csfp6o
What version do you try to import when get that error?

    Regards

    Hey,

Yeah, I’ve managed to somehow bypass the error by replacing the js and css files and naming them “wp-contentthemesxstoreframeworkthirdpartyoptions-frameworkextensionsdummy_contentdummy_contentfield_dummy_content.*”

The error is regardless a demo version. I deleted the renamed files, so you could see how it looks like.

    Hello,

Problem is related to your server. You are using Windows server, right?
‘ABSPATH’ is invalid with Windows Servers.
We have made changes in xstore/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/extensions/dummy_content/dummy_content/field_dummy_content.php and replaces ABSPATH by __FILE__ http://prntscr.com/cshmhn
Contact with your hosting provider, maybe they will be able to fix this issue for you, because you’ll face this issue again after theme update.

    Regards

    Hey,

Thanks, now it seems correct. However, when I try to open eg. “About Us” page, I receive 404 error 🙁

    Hello,

Are you talking about backend or frontend. I don’t see problem on frontend http://prntscr.com/csx6d4

    Hey,

Frontend, now it’s working because I’ve temporarily set default permalinks. But after changing to eg. month, year and post name, there is an error.

    Best regards,
    Kuba

    Hello,

Our theme should not affect permalinks settings. Try to enable your type of permalinks and default theme. Do you have this issue?

Reply back in case problem persists with our theme only.

    Regards

    Hey,

True, it was regardless of a theme. I’ve managed to fix it somehow with just copying .htaccess from another subdirectory. Anyway, resolved! 🙂
