Can't find option to get rid of a feature

    Hi, I want to get rid of this ‘read more’ button on this page but I cannot find the settings where I can change it. If you click a category product images show up and I want to remove the red ‘read more’ button. Is there a way to remove it and if so how would I go about doing that?
