Can't find how to update the child themeversion + mobile editing?

Hello!

I got the suggestion from one of your colleagues that I should update the classico theme version to 1.8, but I can’t find where to do this. I am running the theme in Child version. And the reason to why I want to do it is because I want to edit my staticblock with visual composer. But now when I try to do it, it just loads and loads and gets nowhere.
So please help me with this !

And another thing. When I open my site in mobile version all the pictures are very very small so you can’t barely see what they’re saying. Im wondering how you can edit the mobile phone outlook. Make pictures bigger and change that you see two or three pictures per row etc..
Is there a good plugin for this or is there already an easy way to edit this?
