  When i open the site from a fresh device (with a browser with no cookies on it from previous times )i get a promo pop up . I can’t find in Customizer(theme options) how to turn that off.

  Hi

  You need to delete the Newsletter element from the header content.

  We have check your website on different devices. Currently We do not see any popup in your website loading. Will you please provide us highlighted screenshot along with your website temporary wp- admin access so that we will look forward your issue.
