I need to edit these static blocks urgently. There seems to be no way for me to edit them and I’ve tried both wpbakery and elementor. Also the site has gotten slow since I’ve updated XStore Core to 2.3.9.1. Please help me resolve theses issues.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Make sure that you enabled the Static Blocks in the builder settings, for example WPBakery https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ or Elementor > Settings > check the Static Block.
Also, we would not recommend you to nix the page builders because it will slow down your site. Choose the one and disable the other one.

    Regards

    Hello,

I did all that and it’s still not working. When i click edit… it just shows the same thing as the wordpress editor. I really need the fixed urgently.

    Hello,

As I can see, static blocks can be edited – https://prnt.sc/u210j6
Please clear cache and check one more time.

Thank you for your response. That worked… however it only allows me to edit as text, not as the builder plugin (WPbakery) like in your tutorial videos. Now all the pages and menu that uses static blocks are now broken and looks nothing like your demo. The menu items has no links to their respective pages. (Its just text). Also the special offer is broken as well and I’ve never seen where to even edit that. Can you please just login and have a look at whats going on and why.

Looks like you have tried to edit static block and pages using another page editor (Gutenberg or Elementor) that brocked the content structure. You need to use 1 editor (WPbakery) only.
Disable Gutenberg as described here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/ and do not activate Elementor plugin.
Re-import demo pages – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI and edit content depends on your needs using Backend Editor of WPbakery.
I’ve edited your “Shop menu item” and “Pages menu item” static blocks, please check – https://prnt.sc/u2neqh
