    Hi guys

Visual Composer isn’t letting me edit static blocks anymore. The option is selected and I’ve updated VS to 4.12 as per the plugin download on your website. Help appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Some plugin is causing the issue.
Disable them one by one to find it out.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Try to increase memory_limit value on a server.
Also ask your hosting provider support to increase values for the functions Max Upload Size and Post Max Size.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

Please, make sure that you use the latest version of WordPress, our theme and ALL the included plugins. If not – do the backup of your files and DB and update them. Also disable all the third-party plugins that did not come bundled with our theme. Check if it fix your problem. If not create, please, individual topic and provide admin panel and FTP access, we’ll check what caused the issue on your site.

    Regards

    Hello @lucilla,

Please provide us with wp-admin (login and password http://prntscr.com/c14hdk) and FTP credentials (host name, username and password) in Private Content.

You can ask your hosting provider and they should send you the FTP credentials.

    Regards,

Please try to click on Visual Composer row as you can see on screenshot: http://prntscr.com/c15sky

Also you’re using the old version of the theme.

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hello,

Overwriting all the Royal folder, ca I save all the customized version of my website. I have only copy and paste the Style.css on the css file in the Royal Child theme or I have to do more for be suring to save my customization.

As you can read in our documentation we have already created and included child theme in theme package. You just need to find royal-child folder in theme package and upload it to /wp-content/themes/ folder.

You need copy all your CSS changes into the style.css file of the Child Theme. If you also added some functions in original theme files move them to functions.php of the Child Theme.

And how can i save all my customization for Woocommerce product page?

Please clarify what exactly customization you did for Woocommerce product page.

    Regards,

For Woocommerce product i’m just talking about simple changing for product images ed text content, not style.

    Thank you for patience:)

All changes that you made in admin panel such as adding products, changing images and text content will not lose after theme update.
