Cant edit shop page. also header is not showing even set to entire site

    cant edit or customise shop page (niru.pk/shop). also header is not showing even set to entire site. i want to edit the shop page cuz there’s some issue with the button style. kindly mention me the class name for add to cart button in shop page for that.
    also the header is not displaying on shop page despite of it set to entire site

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    According to the header conditions you configured, the Shop page was excluded from displaying the header (see: https://prnt.sc/ESgvifAySQPU). This is why the header was not visible there. Please check it again now.

    Regarding your question about the styling of the “Add to Cart” button, you can customize it in the Archive Products Builder (refer to the documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/). Alternatively, if you prefer a simpler design, you can style the button using the following selectors: .content-product .add_to_cart_button.

    also im facing issue with my emails. all the emails are going to spam where ever i have placed test order. every thing is setup right. if i send test email using smtp plugin test mail feature, it doesnt go to spam. however the templates i build using xstore email builder are going to spam

    i tried to solve this email issue with my hosting and they told that its due to template. but i have just replaced my logo, brand name with the prebuilt provided template by xstore.

    also regarding the speed of my site, can you guide me why my page builder takes ton of time loading niru hair oil product page. i have optimised the site to the max as much as i could but still the score is showing around 60-70 on google page insight. i cant afford developer at the time so just asking if you can tell me any reason you can see which i may have missed out.

    kindly help me in the page speed issue. the thing ve found that its due to script loading which make the site low.

    regarding the email, only emails sent from xstore email builder are going to spam.

    If you do not see the prebuilt templates, it is possible that the XStudio option is currently disabled in your Theme Options. Please check this setting and activate it if it is not already active: https://gyazo.com/5f3d5ccb993bcdd99622dd9564afa485.

    regarding the issue of email deliverability, im not saying that im not receiving it. the email is going to spam which are sent using xstore email builder. all other emails like test mail by smtp plugin, wordfence security mails, they are working all good but the woocommerce emails are going to spam

    my hosting support says that its due to following but i just changed the logo and colors, not added even one section above that:

    Such warnings often occur when:
    • The email template contains bright or heavy HTML styling (like the current green background).
    • It includes images, icons, or banners that load from external URLs.
    • The message resembles a marketing or promotional format, even though it’s legitimate.

    Please ask your customers to mark your emails as “Not Spam” in their inbox. This will help train their email provider to recognize your messages as safe.

    You may also consider using an SMTP plugin to send emails through a trusted mail server, which can improve deliverability. Alternatively, you can keep the default email template that does not include bright or heavy HTML styling.

    This situation is not related to our theme, and we have already provided the possible solutions for your case. You can test other email customizers plugins that will have similar issue based on the content you create in your templates. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support.

    also, im using xstore add to cart/buy now button. is there any way i can remove add to cart button and just keep the ‘Buy Now’ button next to quantity. refer to following image

If you would like to customize the content of this page, please copy the following template file to your child theme and make the necessary changes there:
    xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php

    However, if you are using the Cart/Checkout advanced layout, please copy and modify the following file in your child theme instead:
    xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou-advanced.php

    Regarding your question about the placement of the “Buy Now” button, we can see that you have already found a solution, as shown here: https://gyazo.com/65c3221585a737619b7f0a0b9cf468a2. If you have any further questions, please allow us to view the original version of your cart form so that we can provide a solution from our side.

    im not expert in backend and editing files. can you tell do have to create file naming ‘xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou-advanced.php’ in theme file editor?
    currently xstore theme is enabled. do i need to enable child theme and then go to theme file editor? if so, will changes be remove if enable xstore theme again. also how would i know where to place the code so that text i want to write is placed where i want it to be?

    If you wish to modify the content of this page, some programming knowledge will be required. However, please don’t worry — we are ready to assist you if needed.

    To make changes to the page content, you need to locate the specified file in the XStore folder and copy it to the child theme folder, maintaining the same directory path. If you do not yet have a child theme created, you can easily install it by using the demo import process — simply complete the step for installing the XStore child theme without proceeding to the next steps.

    Before starting this procedure, we recommend exporting your Theme Options configuration via Theme Options → Import/Export. After installing the child theme, you can then import the previously exported file to transfer your theme options from the parent theme to the child theme configuration.

    Before proceeding, could you please provide us with a screenshot showing the locations of the new content? It is possible that the desired changes can be achieved by adding a few code snippets instead.
