Can't download All files and documnetation

After I purchase theme I can’t download files… download block at 7,7 mb

Our documentation is online https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/
If you have any problems with downloading theme package from Downloads area of ThemeForest, please, contact Envato support https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new We are just theme author that sells products on the ThemeForest marketplace, we do not manage the downloads files.
