Can't create mega menu - by Adrian - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

I can’t create menus the standard way, by going to Appearance > Menu. Nothing happens when i try . I managed to create a menu via theme options > menus . Then i watched the video on how to make a Static Mega Menu, i created the static block, but when i go to Appearance > Menus and select my menu, again nothing happens and i can’t set it up. Please help.

Hello,

Do you have the problem with our theme only or with a default theme too?
Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins, to make sure that any of the additional plugins doesn’t affect it.
Enable WP debug mode https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
