Hello, Ronnie,
Please check our XStore system requirements:
If your server reaches our requirements but it still doesn’t work, please add the following code under functions.php file locates in your child theme, then activate your theme again:
function increase_http_request_timeout( $r, $url ) {
$r['timeout'] = 500; // Increase timeout to 500 seconds
return $r;
}
add_filter( 'http_request_args', 'increase_http_request_timeout', 10, 2 );
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
it’s still not working
Hello, Ronnie,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Hello, Ronnie,
Regarding the license key issue, could you please contact your hosting support team for assistance?
We have checked and can confirm that the product filter is now functioning properly. Could you please verify this on your end?
Best regards,

Hi team, i managed to tweak certain settings and reactivated the license, turns out its the XStore Core is limiting the filter functionality. All good, thanks for the assistance
