Can’t change the Checkout page boxes in theme

Hi,

I am not able to change the colors on the checkout pages of the boxes I added the arrow next to. https://ibb.co/7pJf37X
Background should be #FCC4DA and font should be white
Also, the sentences in both boxes, only the first letter of the sentence should have an uppercase.
Can you please check for me? Thank you
