Can’t cahngecategories columns numbers on mobile using elementor

in the picture as you can see i can’t change how many columns in mobile view !

Hello,

What is the name of the element? Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

you have wp access, and its your theme element.

Hello,

Yes, there are no responsive columns settings. It shows 1 category per view on mobile. It is not a bug, but predefined behavior for this element. If you want to add new settings, post a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ If it takes votes from other customers then our developers will be able to add it to the queue.
