Can't add widgets. - by emeliech - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    All of a sudden I cannot add a new widget to any of the widget areas,
    or more or make changes.
    When I refresh eveything is back to how it was.
    If I added a widget to additional shop area, it is gone as soon as I refresh..

    The only change I made today, was to tick in this: http://prntscr.com/ev4a90 a
    Because my footer did not look the same on all pages.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Hello,

    Please update Visual Composer plugin and then check https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/

    I have updated the plugin,
    but I still can’t add any widgets.

    What could be wrong?

    Hello,

    I’ve checked it and saw the same situation with official WooCommerce theme – Storefront. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with Storefront.
    When I disabled all 3rd-party plugins, widgets got working.
    Now I’ve activated them back. You can deactivate them one by one to find the needed plugin.
