Can’t add “+” to phone number in homepage header

Hi,
I can’t add “+” to phone number in homepage header. I can add another sign e.g “a” (like now https://jmp.sh/7uz0hh7 ) but can’t add sign “+” (it don’t show on homepage when I add it).
