    Hello,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us.
Please make sure that all required plugins are up-to-date – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Also, provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards

    Hello,

If i go to the back end editor on any page or post etc, it doesn’t let me add any element. For example, if i want to add a new row, or text box, i click and nothing happens.

    Thanks,

    Harry

Hi, it seems that it’s working under the login I have provided you, but not working under my log in. Whenever I try to add an element, on different computers or browsers etc, nothing happens. I have just tried on your credentials and it works. Any ideas?

Thank you for the quick replies

This looks like an effect of cache, so clear all cache (browser, plugin, server) and check one more time. Also, check permissions of your user.

Perfect, thank you. I just assumed it wasn’t a cache issue as id used different browsers and computers, but all seems ok now! Thanks again
