Can't activate Ultimate addons for Visual Composer plugin

I have installed the theme and after i have tried to install the recommended plugins but when i try to install Ultimate addons for Visual Composer plugin it says that it has no header and the folder already exists.

Hello,

Please upload the plugin via FTP. Download it from this page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and extract from the archive, then upload “Ultimate_VC_Addons” folder to wp-content/plugins directory, and after that activate in the dashboard.
