Can’t activate theme with purchase code.

Hi support, I can’t activate the purchase code. i just deleted all my site before and i re-created the site using the theme i bought, but it can’t be activated using the purchase code i have purchased. when I try to activate it says “You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only”
