Cannot update theme to it’s last version

    Good morning
    Trying to update xstore theme and receiving the following message:

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello Eleni,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    Please follow next steps:
    – unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
    – re-enter purchase code and register the theme
    – go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

    You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issue.

    Or do the update manually via ftp – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

    Ι followed the steps you replied to me but still receiving the same message.
    I suppose the problem is because I use the purchased code in to installations of the theme, because I have six licenses, but I checked all the codes and I don’t use the same code for two different installations.
    Is there any way to see in which websites I use the licenses (I have six websites active now).

    Any other suggestion?

    Please see screenshots in the provite content area.

    Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can re-activate and update the theme for you.
    Do not forget to create a backup before this update.

    Please see the existing websites with their purchased codes in private area
    All the others in screenshots don’t exist anymore.
    Let me know what steps I will follow when I deactivate a license to a website how to update websites list
