Cannot update theme… Just fails. - by marx213

Hello there,

The theme is saying to update it in the Update section of WordPress; however, when I click “update” it comes back with a Gdzip error or something?

I have looked through the forums and attempted most, if not all – fixes available here, so I am just wondering if there is a way that I can obtain the update and apply manually? I looked on the site where I purchased the theme, but it still only offering 3.0 which is not updated.

Theme version 3.2 is available on ThemeForest (log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section).
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
