Cannot send mail via contact form - by passionvictims

hey guys, this is the website i want to send a contact mail from: http://ganzmeinstil.com/kontakt

but everytime i fill in all the fields, a red error box with “undefined” appears above the formular and the mail won’t be sent. I have specified the emailadress to who it will be sent to in my dashboard via “8theme options->contactform->your email” is there anything else i need to set up to make it work? Haven’t edited the code for the contact page though.

P.S. It cannot be a hoster problem because I already have another wordpress blog running on the same webspace and the contact form on this blog is working fine.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

I heavilly customized the theme to meet my customers needs. if i will update it now, everything will be gone. is there any option to save this?

Hello,

Did you make changes in the theme files?
You need copy all modified files to child theme http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
