  Hi,

  Th eWP Bakery Page Builder need to be updated, I followed the instructions that the support told me before:

  (Plugins > disable and delete WPBakery, then go to Appearance > Install plugins and install it again)

  But after I clicked the “install” button in Appearance > Install plugins, the page keeps loading forever, may I ask how can I solve this problem? Please see the attachment.
