Please help,
idk if I have auto-update on, but it messed my site automatically.
Please I need to fix this ASAP. This is a running business

Hello,

Core plugin version 1.1 and higher is for XStore 5.x. Don’t update plugin if you use 4.x. I have downgraded plugin to version 1.0.23 that is compatible with the 4.28.1 version that you use.

Hi,

I’m getting the following error when i have tried to enter to webpage:

I can’t login to wordpress, i can`t enter to wp-admin.

Hello @alexistp,

You need to upload the latest theme version (5.0.2) and the latest version of Core plugin (1.1.2) via FTP.

Thank you, I’ve already fixed it and the site is running, but there is a main problem with the updated theme. It messed my theme. How do I re-edit it so it looks nicer? Will importing the demo theme “Organic demo” work? Or it will replace my content and theme customizations (like logo, menu, etc.?

Import of demo content will change all your theme configuration, menu etc.
What exactly is messed? Please describe the problem in more details.

Hello,

Please go to Theme Options > change any option and save theme option > change the option back and save one more time. Then clear cache and check Shop page.
