Cannot open Static Blocks site in wp-admin

When I open Static Blocks page, it shows: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Please help to investigate.

Hello,

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
