Cannot move Breadcrumbs - by robertsenuk

Hello,

On a project we’re working on using your latest XStore theme, we are unable to change the location of the breadcrumbs. Whichever option we choose, even “disabled”, does not seem to have any impact on the front-end. Clearing browser cache seems to not fix this either.

Could you help please?

Hello,

You have chosen the individual breadcrumbs style for every page in page options http://prntscr.com/mlh57c instead of “Inherit”
Individual page options are prioritized than global Theme Options.
Leave that option empty and page will inherit the Theme Options.

Thank you very much for your response.

Sorry, it’s actually the single product page we are working on to try and adjust this and I do not see any options for breadcrumbs on the individual product pages.

Hello,

On Single product page, the situation depends on Page Layout that you selected. Product-wide and Product-right http://prntscr.com/mlhpxg have specific styling of breadcrumbs.
Do you want just disable breadcrumbs on the single product page? It can be done using custom css code.

Thanks, no we just want the breadcrumbs to appear where they do on other pages – centralised and above the content.

I have changed single product page from product-wide to product-medium and nothing has changed unfortunately.

Also, you can move product name in breadcrumbs via Theme Options > Single Product page > Page Layout.

Sorry it’s just started working now! Cache must have not cleared properly.
All working with single product page “product-medium” now.
