Cannot login into website because "Cannot redeclare class ETheme…."

    Hello there,

    I ‘m getting a trouble when login into my website, it shows:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ETheme_Recent_Posts_Widget in /home/hongbodi/public_html/brovape.com/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/widgets/recent-posts.php on line 167

    and i cant login into admin-panel of wordpress, what should i do?? Your early reply will be highly appreciated, thanks.

    Hello,

    Connect to your site using FTP and downgrade Xstore core plugin version to 1.0.23. Plugin version you can find here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    Don’t update plugin to version 1.1.2 if you use XStore 4.x. 1.1.2 version of Core plugin is not compatible with the old version of theme, only with the 5.0.2 and higher.

    i got a file named: et-core-plugin and what should i do to upgrade this plugin using FTP?
    To replace which file?

    Hello,

    Connect to your server via FTP, remove the existing folder et-core-plugin, extract the downloaded archive and upload the extracted folder(1.0.23 version of plugin) to your plugins directory.
