Cannot install the theme - by suradreamz

Hello
I tried to install the theme for a new website
i cannot install the theme
getting this error :are you sure you want to do this” i contacted hosting support & told them to increase the php memory. they did it. but still cannot install. please let me know the exact amount needs to increase
